Tahmar Rasmussen

Tahmar is the President of Lightning Stage and Labor Inc.; she oversees Lightning’s office and client affairs.

James Rasmussen

Jim is Lightning’s Labor and Rigging Coordinator; he works directly with clients in regards to venue requirements, special labor needs, and staffing. Jim has over 10 years experience in the entertainment industry, he has worked in every facet of the industry. Jim works with clients in order to fill their labor needs.

Zane Rasmussen

Zane is a certified rigger and down rigger; he is an experienced spot op, and a seasoned stagehand. He is one of our onsite master riggers that are available for a client’s needs and questions.

William Smith (Bill)

Bill is a certified up rigger, Bill has over 10 years experience as a rigger and is available to answer any rigging question big or small. Bill is also one of our master riggers and provides onsite rigging consultation and support.

Dennis Hoffman

Dennis is a certified down rigger, he has over 10 years experience. He provides onsite rigging support, answers questions, and works with our clients to engineer rigging points from the ground.

Sativa Rasmussen

Sativa is Lightning’s Production Services Manager; she works onsite to ensure clients changing labor needs are continually met. After 10 years experience there is one thing she knows that entertainment labor calls are continually changing, a client’s labor needs change from day to day.

Samantha Rodgers

Sam is Lightning’s Production Assistant and Marketing Director. When a client contacts our office it is Sam’s friendly voice they will hear, she will work directly with a client to ensure their labor questions and needs are filled for load ins, show calls, and load outs. She works hard to ensure labor calls have been filled, have the correct times and numbers, and obtains a confirmation usually the day before load in. Sam is also in charge of invoices, billing, and collection.
